Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentNexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentNexus is a comprehensive AI agent management platform that allows users to seamlessly create, configure, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents. The Service features visual builders, the Harness Engine for external API integrations, ancli (our CLI tool), API access, and managed deployment features to external providers.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Trials, Subscriptions & Usage

We offer a one-time 7-day Trial for each organization, followed by Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise plans. Trial and paid plans include different agent, deployment, credit, support, and infrastructure limits. After a trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using paid features.

You may manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation through the billing portal when available. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access may be downgraded or paused when a subscription becomes inactive, unpaid, canceled, or past due.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure; (d) deploy agents designed with the explicit intent to spam or mislead end-users; (e) reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Prompt data, knowledge base documents, and conversation logs are processed securely. You retain the full ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

AgentNexus, its proprietary features (including the visual builder and orchestration layer), and all related intellectual property are owned by AgentNexus.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENTNEXUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
