Terms of Service | AgentNexus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentNexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentNexus is an AI agent management platform that allows users to create, configure, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents across multiple engines (ToukenBot, OpenClaw, OpenFang). The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tools (ancli), API access, and managed deployment infrastructure.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans (VIP, VIP Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits are consumed per operation according to the published credit rates. Unused credits do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Agent data, conversation logs, and configuration are stored securely. You retain ownership of your content and data.

7. Intellectual Property

AgentNexus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RightNow AI. Open-source engine components (OpenClaw, OpenFang) are governed by their respective licenses (MIT).

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENTNEXUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
